What coach development usually costs
Clubs already invest in their coaches — a single license course or weekend clinic often costs more per coach than a full year of C2X for the entire staff.

How hours work
Your plan includes a monthly pool of recording hours shared across the whole staff — sized so every coach can record about two to three sessions a week. A one-hour practice uses one hour from the pool.
Your dashboard shows usage in real time. If your staff has a heavy month, top-up hours are available anytime at $2.50/hour — recording never has to stop mid-season.
Questions clubs ask us
Can our director read coaches' transcripts?
No — and that's deliberate. Directors see development metrics and trends only, never transcripts, audio, or quotes. It's enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the app. Coaches trust it because their words stay theirs.
What counts as an analysis hour?
An hour of recorded audio. A 60-minute practice uses one hour from your monthly pool; a 30-minute team talk uses half an hour. Unused hours reset each month.
What happens if we use all our hours?
Coaches see their remaining hours in the app, and your dashboard shows the pool. You can add top-up hours at $2.50/hour anytime, or upgrade to the next plan.
Can we change seats mid-season?
Yes. Removing a coach frees the seat immediately and you can invite their replacement the same day. Seat counts and billing are managed self-serve from the dashboard.
What equipment do coaches need?
Coaches record through the C2X iOS app. It works with just their phone (or phone + headphones), but for the best-quality capture we recommend a simple clip-on wireless mic — a minimal one-time cost. No cameras, no field setup.
How do we pay?
By card through Stripe, monthly or annually. Annual plans include two months free and a proper invoice for your club's books. No setup fees.
