Terms, Conditions & Privacy for C2X

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using C2X, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use
C2X is a coaching-analytics platform that helps coaches improve communication through AI-powered feedback. Prohibited uses include: recording without consent, surveillance, harassment, illegal activity.

3. Recording & Consent
You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents before recording, including complying with applicable laws and organizational policies.

4. Accounts & Security
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Notify immediately of unauthorized access.

5. Data Collected & Stored

• •Transcripts of recorded sessions

• •AI-generated analytics and coaching insights

• •Account information (name, email, usage metadata)

6. Audio Handling
Audio files are NOT stored. Audio is processed for transcription in real-time and then permanently deleted. Only text transcript and derived analytics are retained.

7. Data Retention
Transcripts and analytics are retained while your account is active. Request deletion at any time by contacting support@coach2x.com. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days.

8. Use Involving Minors
If sessions involve participants under 18, you must obtain verifiable parental/guardian consent and comply with COPPA.

9. No Professional Advice
C2X provides informational analytics only—not legal, medical, psychological, or professional coaching advice.

10. Limitation of Liability
Service is provided "AS IS." C2X disclaims all warranties and limits total liability to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.

11. Enforcement Rights
Accounts may be suspended/terminated for violations.
